These tongue pads provide a simple, effective solution to this problem.  Our tongue pads are self-adhesive and generously sized, they fit easily into place inside the tongue of your shoes to cushion and relieve the pressure on the top of your foot.

Tongue pads also reduce the space between your foot and the tongue of your shoe to provide added comfort.
