The long-awaited 13th instalment into New Balance's famed 1080 series has finally landed and it was worth the wait! With a radically new look it's clear to see that the NB team really put in the work to create the best version yet.

With a brand new Fresh Foam X midsole, New Balance employed 3D-mapping to put cushioning where you need it most whilst retaining flexibility around the forefoot. Paired with a new Ndurance rubber outsole you're getting grip and support in all the right places and cutting back on weight where you don't.

The newly designed upper has a decidedly more conventional appearance, with a thicker more cushioned construction compared with the v12 and a deeper heel counter.

This fluro-fantastic version is a special edition made to commemorate the New York Marathon—a bucket list event for many runners and an icon of the world tour.
